Stand-up pouches
A bottom gusset helps the pouch stand for shelf display and gives many products more usable depth. It is a strong starting point for retail packs, resealable products and bold front-panel branding.

Pouch quality you can see and feel
Your pouch has two jobs: protect the product and earn attention. We bring the printing, forming and finishing choices together so the package feels considered from the first glance to the final reseal.
Start with the product, how it will be filled and where it will be sold. Then choose the format, size, materials and finishes, and features that make sense for that specific job.

Different products bring different questions about moisture, aroma, grease, settling, portion size and storage. Choose the closest use to see advice shaped around it.

A simple place to start
The right format is less about trend and more about fit, fill and the experience you want customers to have.

You do not need every production answer on day one. These four inputs will help you make faster, more useful choices in the configurator.
Note whether it is dry, oily, aromatic, fragile, powdered, irregularly shaped or sensitive to moisture or light.
Use representative product to check volume, largest pieces, settling and the headspace needed for filling and sealing.
Decide whether the pouch will hang, stand, ship in a box, be opened once or be resealed over several uses.
Gather the approved brand files, final copy, barcode and any labeling required for your product and market.
Choose a stand-up pouch when shelf presence, more usable depth or a resealable retail pack is important. Choose a flat pouch for samples, single servings and compact products that do not need to stand. Test the actual product in both when the answer is not obvious.
Start with the product’s measured fill volume, largest dimensions, settling behavior and required headspace. External pouch dimensions do not equal usable fill space, so use the size guide to narrow the options and confirm the final choice with representative product in a physical sample.
Choose a white, clear or metallic base with a matte or gloss finish. The right choice depends on the look you want, whether the product should be visible and the protection needed for filling, storage and distribution. Compare the six options on the materials page before ordering.
Depending on the pouch format and size, you can choose a zipper, tear notches, a clear window, no hang hole, a round hole or a Euro slot. The configurator only shows combinations available for the current selection.
Yes. Select multiple designs in the configurator, name each version, assign quantities that add up to the order total and upload the matching artwork for every version.
Provide production-ready artwork for each design version, including the approved text, graphics, barcode and any required product labeling. Artwork review is included so obvious file or setup issues can be identified before production begins.
The configurator offers production speeds from one to five business days. Production time begins after artwork approval and does not include shipping, so plan the full timeline around both production and delivery.
Test the finished product-and-pouch combination under the conditions it will actually face: filling, sealing, storage, opening, resealing, display and distribution. Confirm the size, seal performance, handling and shelf-life plan rather than relying on appearance alone.
