Choose a stand-up pouch when the filled pack needs an upright base for display. Choose a flat pouch for compact packs that do not need to stand. A zipper can be available on either format; compare the usable opening, fill and display needs, then test a physical sample.
How do I choose the right pouch size?
Start with measured fill volume, the product's largest dimensions, settling and the headspace needed for filling and sealing. Use the size guide to narrow the options, then test the actual product in a physical sample.
Which materials and finishes can I choose?
Compare white, clear and metallic bases with matte or gloss finishes. Start with the product’s protection and filling needs, then choose the appearance. Clear matte has a hazier view than clear gloss. Confirm compatibility and performance with the finished, filled pouch.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Select multiple designs in the configurator, name each version, assign quantities that add up to the order total and upload the matching artwork for each one.
What happens after I upload my artwork?
Upload a production-ready file for each design, including final text, graphics, barcode and required labeling. Artwork review checks file setup; you remain responsible for label content and compliance. Production time begins after artwork approval, and shipping adds time.
