How does production speed affect the price?

How can I lower my pouch price?
- Order the quantity you'll use, in one run. The setup cost is charged once per order, so one order of 2,500 costs less than five orders of 500.
- Plan for standard speed. Finishing artwork early avoids rush multipliers of up to 2×.
- Choose the smallest size that fits. Use the pouch volume calculator to find it.
- Add features only where they help. Skip the zipper for single-use packs and the hang hole if you won't use pegs.

How much do custom printed pouches cost?
At CPP, 100 small stand-up pouches (S1, 3.25 × 4.75 × 2 in) with a zipper cost $376.40 at standard speed, about $3.76 each. 1,000 medium stand-up pouches (S6, 6.5 × 8 × 2.5 in) cost $1,179.64, about $1.18 each. Your exact price appears in the configurator as you build.
What is the minimum order for custom pouches?
The configurator includes a one-pouch option, plus quantities from 100 to 50,000 per configuration. Choose the quantity offered for your configuration to see its price.
Why does the price per pouch drop at higher quantities?
Every order carries a fixed setup cost of $330 at standard speed. Spread over 100 pouches that is $3.30 each; over 5,000 it is under 7 cents each.
Do materials and finishes change the price?
No. White, clear and metallic materials in matte or gloss are priced the same, and so are product windows and tear notches. Size, zipper, hang hole, number of designs, quantity and production speed change the price.
How much does a zipper or hang hole add?
A resealable zipper adds about $0.13 per pouch and a round hole or euro slot adds about $0.05 per pouch at standard speed.
How much does rush production cost?
Standard production takes 5 business days. Faster speeds multiply the order total: 4 days is 1.25×, 3 days is 1.5×, 2 days is 1.75× and 1 day is 2×. Production starts after artwork approval.
Can I print different designs in one order?
Yes. Each additional design adds $55 at standard speed, and the design quantities must add up to the order total.
Is shipping included in the price?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders of $299 or more.
Is production speed the same as a delivery date?
No. Production begins after artwork approval. Allow time for artwork review and shipping, and contact CPP when a required arrival date needs review.
